Delivery Costs

The postage and packaging is added just before you proceed to the secure checkout.

United Kingdom

First Class:The first item is £1.60 and we add £0.30 for each additional item.
Special Delivery:The first item is £5.00 and we add £0.30 for each additional item.

Europe

Airmail:The first item is £4.00 and we add £0.30 for each additional item.
International Signed For:The first item is £6.50 and we add £0.30 for each additional item.
Rest of the World

Airmail:The first item is £4.50 and we add £0.30 for each additional item.
International Signed For:The first item is £6.50 and we add £0.30 for each additional item.

Delivery Time

All orders received before 16:30 (GMT UK Time) will be dispatched on the next working day except for "Create your own jewellery" items which will be dispatched within 5 working days. (Working days are Monday to Friday not including bank holidays).

United Kingdom (estimated delivery times after dispatch)

First Class:1-3 working days
Special Delivery:1 working day
Europe (estimated delivery times after dispatch)

Airmail:3-5 working days
International Signed For:3-5 working days
Rest of the World (estimated delivery times after dispatch)

Important: If you select first class or airmail we are not responsible for any items lost in the post and therefor we cannot offer any refund (for lost items).

Delivery Policy

Ammolite UK LLP will endeavour to send all ordered items the next working day once full payment has been received and cleared. Orders are sent via Royal Mail (special delivery or International Signed For) and will require a signature. The person who placed the order may or may not sign for it (for example when delivered to a work address), however this will still constitute a completed delivery.

If you choose to have your items sent First Class (not insured) Ammolite UK LLP are not responsible or liable for any items which are lost or damaged in the post. We recommend choosing to have your items delivered via special delivery or International Signed For as this is a fully insured , traceable service and the quickest way to receive your items.
