You can create a finished piece of jewellery (a ring or a pendant) with different components (stones, settings, chains,etc..) that you can find on our website. You can decide what items you would like as part of your jewellery and we will set it (and size it if required). The setting and size is free and you will also receive a free gift box. 
You can start by choosing a stone or a setting:
To choose a stone, go on the "gemstones with available settings " page, at the moment we only offer Ammolite gemstones but we will be adding different types of stones in the future.
To choose a setting, go on the "jewellery making" page.
Once your choice is made, add the stone or the setting to your basket. 
Stay on the page (of your first item that you just added in your basket), and look for the following icon :

On the ring setting page, look on the "Available ring sizes", if your size is available select it.
If you size is not available, select the option "Free with stone purchase" in the drop down field next to "Ring sizing ".
You will be able to choose your size during the checkout process. The sizes that are available are shown next th "Ring sizing" text. Please note the free ring sizing is only available if you purchase a stone to be set in your ring setting.
You can add a chain to go with your pendant, please read the information to make sure that the chain you have selected can fit on your pendant. 
It can take us up to 5 working days to create your unique piece of jewellery.
We will set the stone and size the ring free of charge and you will receive the item in a gift box.
Unless an error has been made on our part, we cannot accept any returns on items that have been customised. If you have any questions please use our contact us form.
