Delivery Information - General Policy

Ammolite UK (trading as Ammolite UK LLP) will endeavour to send all ordered items (before 16:00) the next working day once full payment has been received and cleared. Orders are sent via Royal Mail (special delivery or International Signed For) and will require a signature. The person who placed the order may or may not sign for it (for example when delivered to a work address), however this will still constitute a completed delivery.

If you choose to have your items sent by Standard delivery (not insured) Ammolite UK LLP is not responsible or liable for any items which are lost or damaged in the post. We recommend choosing to have your items delivered via special delivery or International Signed For as this is a fully insured , traceable service and the quickest way to receive your items.
